FY24 & FY25 Biennium EFAP Spring Meeting and Questionnaire for Interested Parties
The Whatcom Community Foundation is currently the Lead Agency for the “Emergency Food Assistance Program” (EFAP) for Whatcom and San Juan counties. The Biennial Spring Meetings have been set! The purpose for these meetings are to give existing EFAP food pantries an opportunity to vote and voice their opinion on how the funds would be best spent in their county, vote on the Lead Agency for the Biennium and to allow any new food pantries to apply to become part of the program.
